Very cool spot but a little hard to get a reservation so plan accordingly! The food is excellent and I highly recommend the King Crab Caesar! The music is amazing and timeless, the Wynn never disappoints.

Reservations here are hard to come by. They open up 30 days in advance. This is a hangout spot of the rich and famous, with menu prices to match. Wine bottles up to $50,000 (hey, at least it was a magnum). The service is spot on, the food is incredible, the performers are top-notch (no photography or video allowed). The ambiance takes you back to the roaring 20s. You'll feel like you're on the set of Boardwalk Empire. This is by far the best overall dining experience between the Encore and the Wynn (the buildings are connected). If you're lucky enough to get in, you'll spend a lot of money, but it's worth it, if you ask me.

Ambience of this place is sophisticated and fun. You walk into the bar and have an open view of the entire dining room while a singer belts out lounge sounding songs and two dancers do their thing. You may be tempted to take a video or photo of the restaurant but may find like we did that you can't take photos inside. Once seated, enjoy the entertainment. we ordered the greek salad, chicken tenders, the burger, filet mignon and the big sundae. All the food was great especially that huge sundae! We will be back to try the other dishes and get that sundae again.

After visiting the Los Angeles location, I had to come back to Las Vegas and see the other Delilah. The decor here takes you straight back to the 20s and is very Great Gatsby! The dining space is huge and they have two beautiful bars, one in the upper level by the entrance, and another downstairs in the dining space. Highly recommend reservations as this is a hot spot in the city! We were seated in the right corner of the stage, which made it difficult to enjoy the live music. There was a very large column blocking our view. Otherwise, the food was equally up to par with my experience in LA. This time I tried their version of pigs in a blanket, which was made with wagyu-grade beef. Phenomenal! Way to take a classic and make it bougie. We also indulged in their "Kendall's Slutty Brownie", it was so good and that says a lot for a gal who doesn't like chocolate. 10/10 recommend!

My new favorite restaurant in Vegas. There is a no-photos policy since a lot of celebrities frequent Delilah, so I'm disappointed I wasn't able to get better pictures of the food, but I was still able to sneak a few. We ordered the West Coast oysters (small but very tasty), Delilah's Famous Chicken Tenders (the BEST chicken tenders I have ever had), and Wagyu Beef Wellington (is cut into 4 slices - menu says it's for 2 people but really it could feed 4 as I couldn't even finish one slice on my own). What's even better than the food is the ambiance and live music, and there are dancers as well. We didn't want to leave! Great and friendly service as well. Definitely make a reservation well in advance if you'd like to go.

If you're looking for good food and an experience go to Delilah. It offers the things you'd expect a Vegas restaurant to offer. The food was good but our waiter Roberto made rhetorical experience even better which is why I'm giving this spot 4 stars.

Note: I was fortunate to attend a private cocktail and dinner event at Delilah. Cocktails and appetizers were served both inside the restaurant and in the adjacent courtyard. Appetizers included their famous chicken tenders, pigs in a blanket, and some others I could not remember! The chicken tenders were very good - as were the pigs in a blanket. Dinner started with an amazing seafood tower with lobster, king crab, raw oysters, and shrimp cocktail. All of the seafood was fresh and delicious. Beef carpaccio, a burrata and fried potato sticks, and tuna tartare rounded out starters. Dinner was served family style and included their trademark beef Wellington, roast chicken, and grilled branzino. Sides included mashed potatoes and broccolini. Between the cocktails, h'ordoeuvres, appetizers, and mains, it was really way too much. The beef Wellington was amazing - perfectly cooked tenderloin, savory duxelle, and a delectable pastry to balance it out. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth and complemented the Wellington perfectly. I passed on the fish and chicken, but my table mates complimented both. Dessert included a sinful chocolate work which brought together a wonderful evening at Delilah. Entertainment included a talented soloist with accompanying band members - while not the main attraction given we were in a business setting with 8-10 people per table, it did provide for a nice backdrop. Service was TOP NOTCH - they were on top of it all - refilling drinks, wine, and so forth. The entire team from bar staff to servers and managers were consistently A+. Group meals can be unpredictable, but they served about 100 of us with incredible precision and of the highest quality in terms of food and presentation. I look forward to a return for a personal visit.

Want to go back in time? Want to get a feeling for the 40's Supper Club? Delilah is for you. Another example of the creative elegance of the Wynn Hotel. And it's not to be missed. I first went to Delilah a week after it opened. It was the hottest spot in town and extremely difficult to get a reservation. Lots of work to make it happen and I can say both experiences were wonderful. In the beginning the "rules" were tight. Jackets and ties for men, cocktail dresses for women dress code. Today, not so much. I guess the Billionaires don't like ties... rather just black leisurewear... I am reviewing the experience- Kimberley and Michael U have done an amazing job describing the food experience and the architecture- seriously I can't do it better or offer anything new. I will say my food experience was a lot better than Kimberly's and I'd go back - Anyway, at the risk of never getting a chance to go back I took some pictures-- this is Verboten in Delilah. No pics and they are serious. My gut says it's about people not so much about the food. I didn't try to hide anything while taking food pics but once I tried the restaurant shots i got the message. Beware. There are enough pics on the Yelp site for Delilah you really don't need more. Once you enter the restaurant you move left into a small elevated cozy bar. I'd say the guys behind the bar are not "bartenders" - way too common for these folks- they are mixologists for sure. Every last detail. Oliver is quite the guy and you won't be disappointed. Perfect drinks. A great list if you want to try something different. After drinks you head down the staircase into the restaurant. As a "Access Private" member ( I don't even know how I got this privilege but it's pretty amazing) we were seated at a table very close to the stage but not no top of it. Thankfully. It can be very loud in the room. It's a good vibe though and a fun place. Menus and ordering etc all done very professional. Example-- at the end of the meal one of use was finished. Instead of the busser rushing over to pick up the plates ( that is wrong but almost every restaurant does it) they waited until everyone was done to remove plates) remember I said this was a trip backwards in time. Do yourselves a big favor--Go! No disappointments
